Working under Sam has been a privileged. I have found him to be a great manager who could balance the role as a motivator, friend and manager extremely well. He was laid back enough that I felt I could always ask him for help in my trading techniques and strategies and firm enough to ensure that the office was hitting its targets and remaining ‘highly motivated, highly disciplined’. I wish him continued success at the Brighton office and know that he will continue to do a great job training up and leading the next generation of OSTC traders.
