Nothing on this website, in our courses, programmes, coaching sessions or communications is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. We do not provide personal investment recommendations, trading signals or guarantees of profit. Trading and investing involve risk. You remain responsible for your own decisions and should seek independent professional advice where appropriate.
Website and account use
You must use the website lawfully and must not attempt to damage, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it. Course accounts and login details are for the registered user only. You must not share access, recordings, downloads or programme materials with anyone else. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.

Cancellations and refunds
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. Any product-specific cancellation or refund terms will be shown before purchase or included in the relevant programme agreement. Participants must behave respectfully during live sessions, events, coaching and community discussions. You must not harass others, share confidential information, promote unrelated services, disrupt sessions or record and distribute content without permission. We may remove participants who breach these standards.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep our website and services available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. We may make reasonable changes to course content, session dates, tutors, delivery methods or technology platforms. If a significant change affects a paid service, we will communicate it and act fairly.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so. To the extent permitted by law, Teach the World to Trade is not responsible for trading or investment losses, decisions made using educational content, third-party information, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.
